Lawrence B.Jones - President Of Avid Club 2008-2009

For those who do not know, AVID stands for "Advancement Via Individual Determination", simply put, a college-prep. program. Mr. Lawrence Jones, AVID's new president, has so far done many good works, starting with the establishment of the "AVID Club" at Garland High School. "I am the next Barrack Obama" was his catch phrase for the next few weeks.
